How Small-Group Language Courses Work
Each course starts with a course inquiry and level screening so the lesson plan matches your starting point and goals. From there, we help match the group and timetable before enrolment is confirmed.
Our beginner small-group course, elementary and intermediate course, group conversation workshop, intensive language course, and private group course are built around scheduled group lessons and guided practice.
Cactus Academy offers small-group language courses for adult beginners, continuing learners, and friends or community groups in La Romana.
The intensive small-group course runs for four weeks with four lessons per week and a capped group size of four to eight participants. Independent study time is also part of the weekly rhythm, so progress continues between lessons.
A written learning plan supports each course, and progress reviews help track what to practise next. Results vary by starting level, attendance, independent practice, learning needs, and course duration.
